How to choose the right shoe size?
We've prepared a size chart for Nook slippers that lists the inner length of the slipper for each size. You'll find it here.
Measure the length of your foot and add about 0.7 to 1 cm of room, as we recommend for soft slippers. Then choose the size with the matching inner length.
Can I wash Nook slippers in the washing machine?
No. Snugi Nook slippers are made of natural sheepskin and suede, so they are not suitable for machine washing.
For stains, use a dedicated leather cleaner and test it first on an inconspicuous spot.
Do not soak the slippers. Let them air-dry at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery is free on orders over €70. Below that, the delivery cost is calculated at checkout and depends on the destination country.
Where is my order?
We will inform you of the expected delivery time for your order at checkout and by email.
What payment methods are available?
Snugi offers you 2 payment methods.
Payment with PayPal: at the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal system, where you can complete your payment.

How do I return an order?
If the product doesn’t suit you, you have 14 days to return it to us at your own expense, undamaged and unused, using the enclosed return form, to the following address:

When you return the entire order, we will not refund the delivery cost.
