How do I choose the right size?
Measure your child’s foot length and add approximately 0.7 to 1 cm of growing room. Then find the appropriate size in the size chart.
Are Snugi slippers barefoot shoes?
Yes. Snugi barefoot models have a wide toe box and a soft, flexible sole that allows the foot to move more freely and naturally.
For the barefoot design to work properly, it is also important to choose the right size.
Are the materials safe for children’s skin?
Yes. We use OEKO-TEX® Standard 100-certified materials that have been tested for harmful substances and are suitable for direct contact with sensitive children’s skin.
Can I wash the slippers?
Yes. Snugi slippers are designed for everyday use and can be washed according to the care instructions.
Can I add my child’s name?
Yes. Most models can be personalized. You can add a name when selecting the model on the product page.
What if I choose the wrong size?
You can return unworn shoes within 14 days of receiving them. Before ordering, we recommend measuring your child’s foot and comparing the result with the size chart.
When will I receive the package?
Standard delivery within Slovenia is handled by Pošta Slovenije or GLS and is available from €3.
With express delivery for €5, you will receive your package within two business days at the latest.
