Once your order is complete, you’ll see the order and payment details page.
Once your order has been placed, you can change it by contacting us at info@snugi.si.
Unfortunately, ordering by phone is not possible.
We will let you know the expected delivery time for your order at the checkout and by email.
By choosing express delivery and paying a €5 postage fee, your goods can be delivered the next working day.
We will not refund the delivery charge if you return your order in full.
If the product is not suitable for you, you have 14 days to return it to us undamaged and unused, at your own expense, using the enclosed return form, addressed to:

It may take up to 14 days for your refund to be fully processed.

Cash on delivery: You pay the courier directly when they deliver the package to you.
