The general terms and conditions of the online store www.snugi.eu are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).
The general terms and conditions govern the operation of the online store, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.
The online store www.snugi.eu provides online shopping for adult slippers, children’s slippers and clothing, as shown on the sub-pages of the product range, which is also displayed on the main menu. On the website you can see the full range of products, product information and prices.
The buyer agrees to the full terms and conditions before placing the order.
Images of items are taken by a professional photographer. Samples may vary minimally from the actual image, which means that there may be slight variations in the samples, as each product ordered is unique. Also, the colour shade may vary slightly due to different screen settings.

All prices quoted in the online shop include 22% VAT, which is shown on the invoice received, and do not include delivery charges. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice or explanation.
1. Product selection
Before placing an order, it is necessary to select the desired products in the online store. To do this, click on the ‘Add to cart’ button on the product page.
2. Confirmation of shopping cart or order summary
Once you have selected the relevant products, you will be redirected to the cart or checkout page (link to the page: https://www.snugi.si/cart). Here you can review your selected products and change the quantity, add new products or remove them from your cart accordingly. A special discount field called ‘Coupon’ is also enabled on this page.
3. Sign-lin
In this step of the purchase process, you will need to sign in and submit your personal details. The submission of personal data is for delivery purposes only and complies with the GDPR. You can shop as a guest (quick purchase, no further data storage) or register and go through the registration process.
4. Address
When selecting an address, specify your preferred delivery address. The delivery address may be different from your home address, in which case we will send the selected products to the address you have specified.
5. Delivery
You can choose the delivery method (Pošta Slovenije, in-person pickup) by clicking on the desired option. You can also choose any desired gift wrapping for your items in this step.
6. Payment
The last step is the final check and final confirmation of your order, where the customer can make changes to the cart. By clicking on the button, you agree to the placed order and the terms and conditions and finally confirm your purchase
1. Order in queue
After placing the order, the buyer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted for PROCESSING. Information on the status and content of the order is always available to the buyer on the provider’s website.
2. Order confirmed
The order is being processed.
The supplier prepares and dispatches the goods within the agreed time limit and notifies the customer by e-mail. In the same email, the provider also informs the customer about the returns policy, what to do if the delivery is delayed and who to contact in case of a complaint.
The provider offers the following payment methods:
- cash on receipt (for shipments delivered by Pošta Slovenije or DPD);
- by bank transfer to the account of the administrator of Snugi, Maja Krajnc s.p. (as per the quote/invoice);
- various other forms of electronic payment with payment cards.
The supplier shall issue an invoice to the customer in hardcopy and/or electronic form, with a breakdown of the costs and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the products, if necessary and where possible. The purchase contract (order) shall be stored electronically on the supplier’s server and shall be accessible to the customer at any time in their user profile (My Account).
Standard delivery is free if you meet the minimum order value of €90. Otherwise, the cost of standard delivery via Pošta Slovenije is €3 (€4.50 with cash on delivery), and via GLS is €3.90 (€4.50 with cash on delivery).
We ship via Pošta Slovenije and GLS courier service. As most of our products are made to order, the delivery time is shown beside the product that you are ordering (7 to 10 working days).
If the item is in stock, we ship it within 2-3 working days.
You can withdraw from the contract or return the goods (in accordance with Article 43c of the Consumer Protection Act) within 14 days of receipt of the goods, but you must notify us within this period. Returned goods must be undamaged, unwashed, without signs of use and in their original packaging. Return the goods together with the invoice and the completed returns form at your own expense to Snugi, Maja Kranjc s.p., Pod javorji 6, 1218 Komenda. The purchase price for the goods will be refunded within 8 days of receipt of the goods.
Exchanges are possible if you return the goods undamaged, unwashed, without signs of use and in their original packaging. The goods should be sent to Snugi, Maja Kranjc s.p., Pod javorji 6, 1218 Komenda. You must also enclose a completed returns/exchange form and the original invoice or a copy of it.
The supplier complies with applicable consumer protection legislation and makes every effort to fulfil its obligation to ensure an effective complaints handling system. Users can send their complaints by e-mail to info@snugi.si or by post to Maja Krajnc s.p., Clevelandska ulica 29, Ljubljana. The complaints procedure is confidential. Snugi, Maja Krajnc s.p. is aware that a key feature of consumer disputes is the disparity between the commercial value of the claim and the time and costs involved in resolving the dispute, which is also a major obstacle to the consumer bringing the dispute before the courts. Therefore, Snugi, Maja Krajnc s.p. strives to do its best to resolve any disputes amicably. The provider must acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days, tell the user how long it will take to process the complaint and keep the user informed of its progress.
In accordance with the legal norms, Snugi, Maja Krajnc s.p. does not recognise any provider of out-of-court settlements of consumer disputes as competent for the resolution of a consumer dispute that a consumer may initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act. Snugi, Maja Krajnc s.p., which, as a provider of goods and services, facilitates online trade in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, and publishes on its website an electronic link to the Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumer disputes (ODR).
