How do I know whether my order has been confirmed?
Once your order is complete, you will see a page with your order and payment details.
Can I change my order after it has already been placed?
Once your order has been placed, you can modify it by emailing us at info@snugi.si with the requested change.
Is it possible to place an order by phone?
Unfortunately, ordering by phone is not possible.
Where is my order?
We will inform you of the expected delivery time for your order at checkout and by email.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery is free if your order meets the minimum value of €90. Otherwise, standard delivery costs €3 via Pošta Slovenije (€4.50 with cash on delivery) or €3.90 via GLS (€4.50 with cash on delivery).
Fast delivery
By choosing express delivery and paying a €5 shipping fee, you can receive your products within 2 business days at the latest.
Are return shipping costs charged?
When you return the entire order, we will not refund the delivery cost.
How do I return an order?
If the product doesn’t suit you, you have 14 days to return it to us at your own expense, undamaged and unused, using the enclosed return form, to the following address:

When will I receive my refund?
It may take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed.
What should I do if my product is damaged or defective?
If the product is damaged or defective, please email us at info@snugi.si and we’ll be happy to help.
What to do if the elastic is too loose?
Children have different feet, so we intentionally kept the elastic on the slippers loose to prevent it from pressing on the child’s feet. If the slippers slip off as a result, follow our simple instructions.
1. Cut the elastic band to the appropriate length for your needs.
2. Gently stretch and adjust the band for a perfect fit.
3. Simply sew the elastic band on for a secure and comfortable fit.

What payment methods are available?
Snugi offers you 3 payment methods.
Cash on delivery: you pay the courier directly when they deliver your package.
Payment with PayPal: at the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal system, where you can complete your payment.
Payment by credit card: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB and Maestro.
