How do I know if my order is confirmed?
When your order is complete, a page with order and payment details will appear.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Once your order has been placed, you can change it by emailing us the desired change at info@snugi.si.
Is it possible to place an order over the phone line?
Unfortunately, ordering by phone is not possible.
Where is my order?
The expected delivery time for your order will be communicated to you at checkout and in an email.
How much is the delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free if you meet the minimum order value of €90. Otherwise, the cost of standard delivery via Pošta Slovenije is €3 (€4.5 with cash on delivery), and via GLS it is €3.9 (€4.5 with cash on delivery).
Fast delivery
By choosing express delivery and paying a shipping fee of €5, you can receive your products within 2 working days at the latest.
Are return shipping costs payable?
We do not refund the shipping cost when returning the entire order.
How do I return an order?
If the product does not suit you, you have 14 days to return the product undamaged and unused at your own expense with the attached return form to the address:

When will I receive the refund?
It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed.
What should I do if my product is damaged or defective?
If the product is damaged or defective, please write to us at info@snugi.si and we will be happy to assist you.
What to do if the elastic is too loose?
Children have different feet, so we intentionally kept the elastic on the slippers loose to avoid squeezing the child. If the slippers slip off because of this, follow our simple instructions.
1. Cut the elastic band to the appropriate length according to your needs.
2. Gently stretch and adjust the band for a perfect fit.
3. Simply sew the elastic band for a secure and comfortable fit.

What payment methods are available?
Snugi offers you 3 payment methods.
Cash on delivery: you pay the courier directly when they deliver your package.
Pay with PayPal: at the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal system where you can complete the payment.
Credit card payment: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB, and Maestro.
