Payments and Delivery

Payment methods.

You can make the payment using one of the following methods.

• Payment by proforma invoice. After placing your order, you will receive an attachment with the offer or proforma invoice at your email address, clearly showing the payment details and reference number. Since most products are made to order, the delivery time starts from the receipt of your payment in our account.

• Cash on delivery. You pay the courier directly when you receive your package.

• Payment by credit cards. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB, and Maestro.

• Payment via PayPal. At the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal system where you can complete your payment.

Delivery.

Delivery is handled by Pošta Slovenije or the GLS courier service. The shipping cost when paying by proforma invoice, credit cards, or via PayPal is €3 with Pošta Slovenije or €3.9 with GLS. Cash on delivery payments incur an additional fee of €0.6.

The delivery time for ordered goods is shown for each product (5-10 days).

We deliver ordered goods within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.

You can pick up your ordered goods at the company location, Pod javori 6, 1218 Komenda, every working day from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 and 14:30.
