Return Policy

Returns.

Withdrawal from the contract or returning goods is possible within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Article 43.c of the Consumer Protection Act, but the provider must be notified within this period. Returned goods must be undamaged, show no signs of use, and be in the original packaging. The buyer sends the returned goods along with the completed form and receipt back to the provider at their own expense to the address Snugi, Maja Krajnc s.p., Pod javorji 6, 1218 Komenda. The purchase price will be refunded within 8 days of receiving the shipment.

Exchanges.

Exchanges are possible if the buyer returns to the provider goods that are unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in the original packaging. The buyer must also include the completed return and exchange form along with a copy or the original receipt to the address Snugi, Maja Krajnc s.p., Pod javorji 6, 1218 Komenda.
